The Oregon Center for Applied Science is pleased to offer the ACTive coach training program free of charge. Use of this service requires that you complete a simple registration form. The information we collect will allow us to measure the number of visitors to sections of our Site, make the service more useful to visitors, and deliver targeted advertising and non-advertising content.
We share information with trusted 3rd parties who share a common interest in sports-related concussions. These may include, but are not limited to, sports apparel and gear manufacturers, sports publishers and athletic organizations.
By registering for the use of this program, you are also agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- The content contained in the Program is compiled from a variety of sources. The information is not exhaustive and does not cover all situations. The Program is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.

- We may change, add, or discontinue sections of the Program as needed and without notice. We do not guarantee that the program will always be available.
- The program and certificate are associated with the information you provide. As such, if others log in to the program using your login information, they will not receive the same learning experience or a customized certificate.
- This agreement may be modified at any time. By continuing to use the Program, you agree to any modifications.
